Data privacy statement

Company

As a photographer and photo artist, I mainly create and process my own image data. Personal, text-based data arise in the form of correspondence with customers and information about exhibitions and sales. The data and image data can be created by me or made available to me by my customers. Safe handling, correct archiving and use in permissible form of all data are very important to me. Therefore, all unpublished data are stored locally and not on servers stored in the "cloud". Publication of data therefore only relate to addresses of exhibition venues.

About my handling of your data

Depending on the order, I use the support of external service providers such as printers and graphic artists. Apart from my own, these receive no further personal data.

Image data

My image data are not only subject to European and German Data protection law, but also to the German rules for journalistic reporting or artistic purposes through which the personal right of pictured people may be restricted. Therefore I ask for ambiguities and objections to be clarified personally with me in individual cases. The use of image data for the purpose of advertising never happens without consent of the person depicted. Consent can be made explicit in writing or orally, or by implied action if known to the person depicted is that photos are made for private use by third parties or designated for public use. This also applies to public reproduction of photographs taking into account the rules for journalistic image reporting, artistic use, personal rights and Copyright.

Data storage

Data like address, order details and requests for information are recorded in digital and analog form and stored for tax purposes for longer periods. External image data are among others saved for short-term processing. A right to archive all photos does not exist.

Website
I do not use any tracking tools or the like on this website. As usual with websites the hoster records in a log file the data that it receives from your web browser visit to my website. That is an IP address, date and time, the websites called, the amount of data transferred, web browser and operating system. This information is recorded in general statistics. An inference to the person is not possible or only possible with judicial consent. There will be no link to any other information I might have about you. I also do not store any additional personal data with this website

Cookies
This website uses cookies. They serve to display the images on this website. Cookies are small text files that are arcived on your computer and that your browser stores. The cookies used are so-called "session cookies" and are automatically deleted after your visit. Cookies do no harm to your computer. They are not used to analyze your visit to the website. You can prevent cookies from being installed by a special setting of your browser. Not all functions of this website might be used without errors in this case.

Fonts

I also use external fonts, Google Fonts for some parts of my website. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. ("Google"). The integration of these web fonts is done by a server call. This means that the server - mostly located in the USA - sends information about which websites you have visited here. Among other things the IP address of your Browser is saved by Google.
